Our big boy Ozzy will only drink from this fountain. Before we got it he would only drink out of the toilet. He refused every type of bowl or cup we tried. It was frustrating for us all before we tried this. A few month ago we couldn't find the filters at the local pet store so we tried a new fountain. He REFUSED to drink out of it and even gave us angry looks. Thankfully Amazon carries it and the replacement filters.
